Nine essentials

What to know.

Still unsure whether in-person or online coaching fits? The consultation is the right place to ask.

01Who is coaching for?

Coaching is for adults who want a structured, realistic approach to building muscle, losing fat or improving how they train. Programs are adapted to experience level, schedule and available equipment.

02Do I need previous gym experience?

No. Beginners receive a clear starting plan, exercise guidance and an appropriate progression pace. Experienced lifters receive the same individualized attention with more advanced programming where useful.

03Do you offer in-person training in West Kelowna?

Yes. In-person personal training is available in West Kelowna for clients from the surrounding Okanagan area. Consultation availability and session logistics are confirmed before coaching begins.

04Do you offer online coaching?

Yes. Online coaching is available worldwide and includes individualized programming, scheduled check-ins, progress tracking, program adjustments, messaging support and practical nutrition targets.

05Is nutrition guidance included?

Nutrition guidance can include calorie, protein and macro targets, meal-structure ideas and habit support within the scope of fitness coaching. It is not medical nutrition therapy.

06How often is my program updated?

Programs are reviewed regularly and adjusted when your performance, recovery, schedule or goals indicate a change is useful. Changes are made with purpose rather than on an arbitrary weekly schedule.

07What coaching options and prices are available?

Pricing varies with the level of coaching involvement. Options can range from an individualized training program to ongoing coaching that bundles training and nutrition guidance, with virtual or in-person sessions added where appropriate. The total cost depends on factors such as session frequency, session duration, check-in and messaging support, program complexity and coaching length. Current options and exact pricing are reviewed during the consultation so the level of support can match your goals and preferences.

08Do you work with natural and enhanced athletes?

Yes. I am willing to work with athletes from all backgrounds, whether natural or not, on training, nutrition and accountability within the scope of fitness coaching. I do not consult on, prescribe, recommend or manage supraphysiologic pharmacotherapy or performance-enhancing drug use.

09Can you help me train around an injury?

Training can sometimes be modified around a known limitation, but coaching is not medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation. If symptoms are new, worsening or unclear, you may be referred to an appropriate regulated healthcare professional before continuing.

10How do consultations work?

The free consultation is a short conversation about your goals, experience, schedule, current challenges and the coaching format that may fit. It is also an opportunity to compare the available levels of support, session structure and current pricing.
